Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing e-mail management tool, which will give you complete command over your electronic mail accounts and e-mail campaigns. Moreover, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one e-mailbox account to another, activate e-mail filters, create auto-reply messages and shield your mailbox accounts against junk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your email mailbox accounts against spam email messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unsolicited electronic mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your email messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific email mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming emails on the basis of specific rules set by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can swiftly create an e-mail filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and choose the mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming e-mails from one e-mail box to another, or even to a number of other mail accounts. Simply select the mail account you want to redirect emails from, then specify the target e-mailbox and select if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your liking to access your e-mail boxes. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you want to set up on your desktop computer or smartphone and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new mail account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple e-mailboxes simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also permit you to quickly create an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to view and our system will take care of everything else.
